Thanks for stopping by! I know you’ve heard it a million times–eat more fruits and vegetables! One day I had a “eureka moment” when I came up with the name of this blog. What if I could get people to eat just one more veggie a day? How much healthier would they be? How much fun could they have trying new veggies or cooking with their kids? How much weight could they lose? How much could they reduce their risk of cancer or heart disease? So here we are. I hope you enjoy getting inspired with healthy food–and travel too!

the mom of two young men, I’m a Registered Dietitian and author of three books.
My goal in life is to spend as much time as possible visiting tropical beaches where you can see the polish on your toes through the water. My favorite food is probably avocado, I’m always searching for the best fish taco and the best white wine that won’t break the bank. I like watching Chopped, International House Hunters and The Voice.
